Hi, I’m Emily - the founder and creator of The Rosalyn James Salon.

The Rosalyn James Salon was built from a dream I almost let go of. After years of searching for the right space and facing countless setbacks, I began to believe this path might not be meant for me. But my kids never stopped encouraging me to keep going—they believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself.

This salon is named after them, because they are the reason it exists.

My vision is to create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and effortlessly beautiful. A place where clients can relax, feel cared for, and leave feeling confident, and where stylists feel inspired, supported, and proud of the work they do every day.

This is more than a salon—it’s a space built on perseverance, purpose, and heart.
